About Terri McClain

Hello there! I have spent my entire professional career, 20 plus years, working in customer service and dedicating myself to making sure my clients are satisfied. My motto and creed is to work with a "sense of urgency," meaning I will be proactive and work quickly to get the job done for you! I spent several years on the island of Oahu working in real estate. In my first year as an agent I was named Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties "Outstanding First Year Associate" and "Rookie of the Year" amongst a company of over 450 agents. Prior to starting my own real estate business, I worked in Southern Maryland and Virginia as a salesperson in the new home construction industry. I have also worked hard to earn the designation of a "Military Relocation Professional." As a wife of a US Navy Master Chief, I have personally bought and sold 4 homes in different duty stations, so I understand the uniqueness of the home buying and selling process for a military family. I grew up in the Chicagoland area, and graduated from Miami University in Ohio. I moved to Southern Maryland in 2001 when my husband was stationed here, and since then have bounced back and forth from this area to Guam, and Hawaii. Now settled in Calvert County, I have received many accolades as a RE/Max agent achieving the 100% Club status 4 years running. I attribute this to all of my wonderful clients and their referrals.
